An advance notification must always be entered into the Dangerous Goods Notifications System regarding all IMO-classified substances. In case of any changes to the amounts of the substance or other information, users of the Dangerous Goods Notifications System must always update the information in the advance notification.
The person who has created the advance notification can make changes to all notifications in the Dangerous Goods Notifications System for which a notice of arrival has not yet been made by the operator.

In order to decrease the amount of security risks, the amount and nature of dangerous goods are constantly monitored. Therefore, all information in the data system must be correct.
